Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LeadBuzzer ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Acceptable use

You may use LeadBuzzer to find and organise business leads for legitimate sales and marketing purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, mirror, or resell LeadBuzzer data or features.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access internal systems.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

3. Plans, payments, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy: Refunds are only available within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase. After 24 hours, all payments are final and non-refundable. To request a refund, you must contact us at support@leadbuzzer.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be processed.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Data and intellectual property

You own the leads and lists you create in LeadBuzzer. The LeadBuzzer platform, including its code, design, and brand, is owned by us and protected by copyright law.

Business data surfaced via Google Places is subject to Google's Terms of Service and is provided for use in legitimate outreach, not for resale or redistribution.

5. Uptime and availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced on our status page. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadBuzzer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any calendar month is capped at the amount you paid us in that month.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
