LeadBuzzer ("we", "our", or "us") operates the LeadBuzzer platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account information: name, email address, and password when you sign up.
- Billing information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
- Usage data: searches you run, leads you save, and lists you create.
We also collect limited technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and improve the service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and maintain the LeadBuzzer service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets).
- To monitor usage and enforce plan limits.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS (us-east-1). We use row-level security policies to ensure your data is only accessible by you. All connections are encrypted via TLS.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate LeadBuzzer:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Places API — business search data
- Resend — transactional email
- Vercel — hosting
Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@leadbuzzer.com. Account deletion removes all your stored searches, lists, and leads.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. See our Cookie Policy for details.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you via email if changes are material. Continued use of LeadBuzzer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
