Do you offer a free trial?
No. All plans require payment upfront. We do not offer free trials. You can cancel at any time from your billing page, and a refund is available within 24 hours of your initial purchase.
What happens when I hit my search limit?
You'll see a clear notification as you approach your limit. When reached, you can upgrade instantly. Your saved leads and lists are always safe regardless of plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your Billing page at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period — no surprise charges, no cancellation fees.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are only available within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase. After 24 hours, all payments are final and non-refundable. To request a refund, email support@leadbuzzer.com within 24 hours of your purchase date.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you ~20% compared to monthly. Lite drops to $7/mo, Starter to $15/mo, and Pro to $39/mo when billed annually.
